Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers. You will play a key part in handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through inbound and outbound calls.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring data entry integrity.

Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies to address customer needs.

Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and reporting.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.

Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.

Continuously stay informed about company updates, new products, and services. Requirements - Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is essential.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.

Strong skills in order entry and accurate data management.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with customer service tools and software is preferred.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to customer concerns.
