REQUIREMENT

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting employees both locally and across the country by managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

This is an in-office position located at our Beavercreek, OH office, working Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers telephone calls and transfers callers to appropriate party.

Greet and direct visitors arriving at the office.

Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

Scan and file documents

Track and replace office supplies, as necessary.

Prepare and submit expense reports in support of the work force, when requested.

Assist with entering of purchase requisitions into Accounting system.

Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Experience using CostPoint/Deltek preferred

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail required

EDUCATIONAL, CLEARANCE AND CERTIFICATION

High School Diploma Required

1-3 years' experience in an administrative role preferred

US Citizenship is required.

PHYSICAL/WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Primary work environment is a standard office setting. Must be able to lift objects up to 10lbs.
