100% Onsite Technology Trainer / IT Training Specialist (Prior Law Firm or Professional Services Background Required)

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technology Trainer with prior helpdesk experience and a background in professional services environments (preferably law firms) to support the adoption and effective use of technology across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and delivering end-user training, providing hands-on support, and serving as a bridge between IT and business users

This role is fully onsite in Baltimore MD

Salary: $75,000-85,000/year depending on experience and education

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver technology training programs for attorneys, professional staff, and administrative personnel.
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for software applications, systems, and firm technology tools.
Provide individual and group training sessions in-person and virtually.
Create and maintain training materials, user guides, videos, and knowledge base documentation.
Respond to user inquiries related to software, hardware, and systems usage.
Support rollouts of new systems, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
Track training participation, user adoption, and effectiveness metrics.

Requirements:

5+ years related work experience
Law Firm or other Professional Services background required
Help desk/desktop support experience

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
