Construction Safety Manager

Our client, a leader in construction and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department supporting onsite construction operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 4

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $69.44 - $76.39 per hour

What's the Job?

Implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety protocols on construction sites.

Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve safety and processing issues.

Develop and oversee safety tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and address safety concerns.

Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances related to safety practices.

Set and monitor safety standards to ensure compliance and quality of work.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and health management.

Certification as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of construction safety programs and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
