Position Requirements We are seeking a product manager to lead the development of a new DevSecOps enterprise platform, partnering closely with engineering security and infrastructure teams to embed security seamlessly into our software delivery lifecycle. This role will define the product vision and roadmap, translate developer and security needs into clear requirements, and prioritize features that improve speed reliability and security at scale. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud, automation, developer experience) and can effectively collaborate with security teams on topics like secure-by-design patterns, compliance, and risk management. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive adoption and value across the organization.Required Qualifications· 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role supporting platform infrastructure or developer-facing products· Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, automation and Infrastructure As Code (IAC)· Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable platform capabilities· Experience partnering with security teams on application security, vulnerability management, identity and access management, compliance or secure software development practices· Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear product requirements and priorities· Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous, early-stage or newly formed product, or platform teams· Strong stakeholder management skills with experience aligning developers, security and leadership around a shared roadmap· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence without authority· Experience driving adoption of internal platforms or tools across large or distributed organizationsHlk220656391">U.S. citizenship required.
