A Day in the Life:

As the Manager of Asset Controls and Systems, you will lead the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management platforms. We're looking for a forward-thinking leader who can collaborate with executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead change management efforts that enhance operational efficiency and system performance. You will serve as a key advisor on asset system strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards

The target starting rate is $75K, actual salary will be determined base on experience.

Remote opportunity unless within 25 miles of Estero or Atlanta locations.

What You'll Do:

Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align asset system strategies with broader business objectives. Present insights, influence decision-making, and support enterprise-level initiatives.

Strategic Problem Solving: Analyze complex asset management challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve system performance and data integrity.

Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to system upgrades, process redesigns, and user adoption. Develop communication and engagement plans and training strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

Asset Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with business units to define and document system requirements that support asset lifecycle management and compliance.

Workflow Optimization: Design and refine workflows that streamline asset tracking, reporting, and control processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT planning and execution to validate system functionality and ensure business needs are met.

System Support & Enhancement: Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, providing support and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and automation.

Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs to promote user adoption and system proficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.

Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver system implementations and enhancements on time and within budget, applying project management best practices.

Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with software vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and system updates are effectively deployed.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in asset management systems and processes.

Strong knowledge of platforms such as EAM, HMP, Carrent, VAW, and DASH Fleet.

Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.

Experience in change management, including training, communication, and adoption strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Experience in project and vendor management is preferred.
