Our client, a leading organization in warehousing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Glendale Heights, IL

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Days (07:00-15:30)

What's the Job?

Handle various warehousing responsibilities including order picking, checking, and pulling customer orders

Assist customers with will call orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service

Check in and properly store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations

Manage outbound shipments via UPS and LTL carriers

Operate order picker (up to 20') and forklift as needed, with a focus on safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

At least 1 year of forklift operation experience

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to warehouse procedures
