Job Summary:

The candidate will work as an Administrative Assistant, providing administrative and operational support to the Contract Admin team. They will manage tasks such as tracking payment requests, maintaining electronic project files, and acting as a point-of-contact for payment-related queries.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have:

· Business Affairs experience at an agency or studio.

· Ability to review and summarize contractual terms.

· Tech savvy, capable of learning new software tools.

· Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

· Experience supporting multiple executives with high-volume projects.

· High level of integrity and professionalism with confidential information.

Pay: $ 28.06/hr.

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri

Pay Details: $28.06 per hour
