As a Security Officer Armed Rover Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with strong communication and customer service. You will support access control and incident reporting while working as part of a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, with a caring culture that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Perform armed patrol duties throughout an aerospace and defense location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes as required by post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing detailed notifications to site contacts and Allied Universal management.

Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, directing visitors and contractors, and helping to maintain orderly traffic flow.

Complete security-related reports and logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel using radios, phones, and/or other approved systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2+ years of security-related experience.

Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.

Be at least 21+ years of age.

Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
