Job Summary

Coordinate cash application of all checks, incoming wire transfers, EFT, and credit card payments to appropriate accounts receivable or general ledger accounts.

Essential Functions

Cash application to appropriate accounts

Process credit card payments

Review and mail invoices daily

Research checks and contact banks as needed

Additional tasks and projects as needed

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Minimum two years accounts receivable and cash application experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong computer skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$28.00 to $35.00
