Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Williston, Vermont. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a detail-oriented, business-casual environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily schedules and delivery timetables to ensure smooth operations.

Perform customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and providing support.

Handle administrative duties such as creating labels, logging information, and managing accounts payable invoices.

Utilize intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to complete special projects.

Maintain accurate records within the company's system, ensuring data integrity.

Assist with filing and organizing documents to support efficient office operations.

Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and complete assignments.

Uphold excellent attendance and punctuality to maintain workflow consistency.

Foster a positive and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on organization and attention to detail.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating documents and managing data.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

Ability to manage schedules and coordinate deliveries effectively.

Familiarity with electronic scheduling tools and systems.

Excellent attendance record and reliability in meeting deadlines.

Capability to adapt to a business-casual office environment.
