Terre Haute, Indiana

Pay Range: $14/hr to $15/hour depending on shift

Shift:

1st shift hours- 6a-2:30p $14.00/hour

2nd shift hours - 2p-10:30p $14.75/hour

3rd shift hours - 10p-6:30a $15.00/hour

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's commitment to quality and efficiency.

What's the Job?

Place inspected cookies into the correct tray or container on the designated line

Count, inspect, and straighten as necessary and pack the correct number of finished products into approved trays or conveyor slots

Rotate positions with other packing staff as directed

Maintain a clean work area and assist with sanitation tasks

Follow GMPs and HACCP program guidelines

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP

Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted and stand/walk 90% of shift

Good verbal communication and basic math skills

Team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
