As the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you play a critical role supporting the Robotics and Digital Solutions Platform. This position provides primary support to the Company Group Chair, Robotics and Digital Solutions, ensuring effective prioritization, proactive issue resolution, and seamless daily operations. The role also partners with Senior Leaders across MedTech and the Robotics and Digital Solutions Leadership Team on various initiatives, offering exposure to a broad range of business activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Company Group Chair, including complex calendar management and schedule coordination.
Proactively anticipate executive needs, resolve issues before they arise, and serve as a trusted point of contact.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and manage related logistics.
Prepare and format high-quality presentation materials for executive updates and leadership review meetings.
Manage special projects and oversee interactions with external subcontractors, including coordination with Finance and Legal teams.
Facilitate visits and interface with clinicians, partners, and subcontractors; represent the Platform Leadership Team when hosting visitors or team meetings.
Attend meetings as required; record and distribute meeting minutes in accordance with directions provided.
Plan and schedule team meetings, presentations, and office events to support collaboration and culture-building initiatives.
Coordinate conference room scheduling, catering, and logistics for large meetings or events.
Submit and reconcile weekly expense reports through Concur.
Coordinate payment processing for contractors and vendors by partnering with Accounting and Purchasing teams.
Support contingent workforce administration in collaboration with hiring managers.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities for the executive office (e.g., hardware requests, corporate card access, system access coordination).
Maintain awareness of relevant company policies, procedures, and guidelines and provide guidance to stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives is required.
Advanced experience managing complex, global calendars and travel schedules.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
High attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
High proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, Concur, Amex Travel, and familiarity with Confluence and contract tracking systems preferred.
Experience supporting projects, onboarding activities, budgets, and milestone tracking.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes while maintaining a professional and organized experience for stakeholders.
Passion for and experience within the healthcare or MedTech industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$74,550.00 - $119,542.50
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
