As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. What will you do?
Open and close retail locations as directed by management
Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure the integrity of physical inventory and par levels
Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops
Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed
More about you
Previous cash handling experience required
Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
A valid driver's license
