As a Security Officer - Medical Campus Patrol in Greensburg, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine foot patrols of assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests from staff, patients, and visitors with professionalism. You will document observations, communicate clearly, and support access control and incident reporting. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical-related disturbances, disorderly conduct, and visitor concerns, and/or requesting additional assistance as needed.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying authorization, directing patients and guests, and helping staff follow facility entry protocols.

Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate notable activity to site leadership, and operate site systems such as radios and facility monitoring equipment when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
