Overview

The McKenzie County Grazing Association is seeking a dependable Office and Warehouse Receptionist to support front-office operations and independently manage basic warehouse duties. This role includes administrative work, customer service, and forklift operation. An agricultural background is preferred but not required. Flexible hours are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and drivers

Answer phones, manage email, and complete daily office tasks

Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation using Microsoft Office

Operate a forklift to load/unload and organize materials

Maintain warehouse organization, inventory paperwork, and product staging

Provide professional and courteous customer service
