The Global Head of Planning and Supply Chain for B2B Products will play a critical leadership role in defining and executing global planning strategies for Logitech's B2B product portfolios. The role encompasses hosting and driving the Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, engaging directly with B2B commercial leaders to achieve demand consensus, enabling longer-range planning, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
This leader will oversee global orchestration and deployment efforts while building streamlined processes with key partners, enterprise customers, National Sales Partners(NSP), and Value Added Resellers (VAR) . The ultimate objective is to develop planning frameworks that enhance speed, scalability, and efficiency in alignment with Logitech's Go-to-Market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the global planning function, aligning product needs and business objectives to create robust strategies that drive scale and flexibility.
Drive longer-range planning and forecasting processes to ensure the organization is aligned with future demand trends, market shifts, and strategic priorities.
Establish and track key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of planning, deployment, and orchestration initiatives, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Act as a key contributor to Logitech's Go-to-Market strategy by designing planning frameworks that deliver speed and agility.
Global S&OP Leadership
Host and lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring end-to-end alignment across demand planning, supply chain, and operational functions.
Collaborate closely with B2B commercial leaders to develop a centralized demand consensus process, factoring in regional trends, partner insights, and sales forecasts.
Oversee the integration of S&OP processes with overall business and commercial strategy, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities.
Leadership and Team Management
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Global Planning team focused on agility, innovation, and seamless execution.
Empower teams to deliver advanced planning, orchestration, and deployment capabilities across global markets and key partnerships.
Be a visible leader and advocate for cross-functional collaboration across operations, sales, marketing, and product teams.
Global Orchestration and Deployment
Partner with sales and operations teams to oversee the orchestration and deployment of B2B products across partners, enterprise customers, and regional markets.
Drive the adoption of consistent processes and frameworks to ensure timely, high-quality product deployment with minimal disruptions and high customer satisfaction.
Tier 2 Planning with NSPs and VAR's
Lead strategic Tier 2 planning efforts with NSP's,VAR's, aligning on goals, timelines, and deployment roadmap requirements.
Work closely with partners to align on joint growth opportunities and continuously enhance planning processes to drive positive business outcomes and enable customer experience
Partner and Customer Collaboration
Foster and maintain strong relationships with global partners, enterprise customers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for strategic alignment.
Represent Logitech in executive-level discussions with global accounts, ensuring alignment on product delivery, planning frameworks, and KPIs.
Demand Consensus and Data-Driven Decision Making
Collaborate closely with commercial leaders to align on demand consensus, balancing market dynamics, partner priorities, and product availability.
Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide visibility into supply-demand risks and opportunities.
Continuously refine planning processes based on data-driven insights to stay ahead of market needs and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in planning, strategy development, and global operations within a B2B @context.
Leadership: A proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams in complex global organizations.
S&OP Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in leading Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in multi-regional environments.
Collaboration: Established success in collaborating with executive stakeholders, commercial leaders, and partner networks to drive organizational alignment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to inform strategic decisions in demand forecasting, planning, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead demand consensus processes, aligning regional priorities with long-term planning objectives.
Expertise in creating supply chain/process improvements that facilitate faster, more efficient delivery to market.
Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance planning capabilities.
Experience working with global B2B partners, NSPs, and VAR's in deploying enterprise-focused solutions.
Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 170,000 and $ 270,000.? In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
