Summary You will serve as a ASSISTANT PRODUCTION OFFICER in the PRODUCTION DIVISION of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will direct junior employees in the planning and execution of work while resolving conflicts. You will allocate resources (e.g., funds, manpower, facility, space) to carry out program operations. You will plan and execute maintenance and repair of real property facilities to be accomplished by employees in a timely and efficient manner. You will manage operational issues within the transportation maintenance arena to ensure quality and cost-effective services to clients. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing staff support to the Production Officer to address management issues and corporate policies; 2) managing a maintenance and repair program or element of such program; and 3) Directing staff efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness and identifies areas for process improvement.
