Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing high-volume receivables and processing invoices efficiently. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate billing and cash application processes for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Manage invoice processing tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Oversee cash application activities to maintain proper allocation of payments.

Perform commercial collections to recover outstanding balances effectively.

Coordinate billing functions to ensure invoices are generated and sent promptly.

Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable and receivable processes.

Utilize specialized systems tailored for manufacturing industries to support financial operations.

Prepare regular reports on receivables and payables for management review.

Maintain organized financial records to support audits and compliance requirements.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable functions.

Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash application processes.

Familiarity with billing procedures and invoice management.

Ability to handle high volumes of transactions efficiently.

Proficiency in utilizing financial systems, especially those designed for manufacturing.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external clients.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Organizational skills to maintain accurate and accessible financial records.
