Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks and supporting team members. This position requires excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care and attention.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the accuracy of all records.

Manage email correspondence, including drafting, organizing, and prioritizing messages.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a focused and attentive approach in all interactions.

Create and maintain schedules by coordinating appointments and meetings.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking purposes.

Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.

Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word to support business needs.

Coordinate calendars and schedules through Microsoft Outlook to optimize workflows. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in various scenarios.

Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

Experience managing email correspondence with attention to detail.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to organize and schedule appointments effectively.
