Description We are looking for two experienced Administrative Assistants to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization in Concord, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will support executive leadership and office operations, contributing to the efficiency and success of the team. Ideal candidates will be proactive, adaptable, and excel in an efficient, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and priorities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Organize and facilitate internal events, team gatherings, and executive meetings.

Manage office administrative tasks, including company credit card tracking and general office needs.

Act as a resource for employees, providing assistance with administrative requests.

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to address shifting priorities.

Support onboarding processes and cross-training initiatives to maintain seamless transitions.

Handle data entry and maintain records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Provide receptionist duties such as answering inbound calls and welcoming visitors.

Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Teams to coordinate schedules and manage communications. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles, ideally at a mid-level.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Familiarity with data entry processes and office operations.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
