· Schedule: 15 to 20 a week, flexible and remote hybrid schedule as well.

What a typical day as an Administrative Assistant might look like:

l Process PR'S/PO's/Invoices

l Set up and release of LVO PO's (for $5K or less)

l Set up and release of PR's

l Set up new vendor documentation and payment information. (W4 and ACH)

l Post invoices to NAAP

l Tracking of receipting information, tracking of payment of invoices

l Other administrative projects as time allows/excel, word, ppt proficiency preferred.

l Experience with SAP, Monday or project management tools preferred.
