Our IT Applications Manager is accountable for:

Strategic Planning and Architecture Design - Developing and implementing the overall architecture strategy for IT applications

Leading and managing both onshore and offshore development teams. This involves setting clear goals, providing guidance, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects

Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business units, executives, and external partners

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, including knowledge of cloud services, microservices, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Proven track record of to leading, managing and developing diverse teams, including onshore and offshore resources. This includes skills in mentoring, performance management, conflict resolution, and motivating team members

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), tools, and best practices

Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and team members

Knowledge of risk management practices and compliance requirements related to IT applications, including data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards

Experience with CSS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, or MVC

Experience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server, etc.)

Experience with full stack SaaS development

Seeking a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience and a minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience. This is a virtual role within the USA. Candidate must be able to work early eastern time zone hours when required, standard hours of 8am - 5pm EST.

Base pay range for this position is $120,075 - $160,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
