Pharmacist (4-Day Workweek) - Make an Impact With More Time for Life

Your Impact in This Role

As a key member of our patient-centered team, you will:

Ensure the safe, precise dispensing of medications

Provide confident, compassionate medication counseling

Assist patients with insurance questions and cost-effective solutions

Support specialty packaging services for long-term care and group homes

Handle patient calls with professionalism and care

Work closely with fellow pharmacists and technicians

Contribute to oxygen and CPAP service support for expanded patient care

Your work here extends far beyond the counter - you become a trusted health partner within the community.

What You Bring

PharmD or equivalent degree

Active or eligibility for Connecticut pharmacist licensure

Strong foundational knowledge in pharmacy operations, compounding, and data accuracy

Experience in retail pharmacy or PBM (Preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage inventory and fulfillment with care and precision

Additional Preferred Skills

Immunization certification

Bilingual abilities

Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy and accuracy

Compensation

$135,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience
