Job Title: Medical Manufacturing Technician I

Location: New Brighton, MN

Shift: 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $23.28/hr

Employment Type: Full-time

This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules. The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.

Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices.

Observe, maintain, coordinate, and complete standard work.

Follow all documented company policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality System.

Complete documentation related to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education & Experience:

High school diploma or relevant work experience.

Ability to read and follow documents (safety rules, operating procedures, work instructions).

Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Preferred:

GMP knowledge

Medical device manufacturing experience

Microscope experience

Analytical problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in areas with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.

Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist.

Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Inspect small parts for extended periods.

Close and color vision required.

Conform to controlled environments for apparel and hygiene.

Special Requirements:
