PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership at a leading global organization. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and excels at managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Top Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook (calendar management, meeting coordination)

Highly tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems

Experience with Concur Expense System (strongly preferred)

Familiarity with internal PO systems

Ability to multitask and pivot between priorities seamlessly

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports

Assist with presentations and transcribe meeting notes

Handle multiple projects with attention to detail and confidentiality

Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a similar corporate setting

Experience with Concur, SAP, or other enterprise systems

Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs

Pay Details: $37.00 per hour
