Warehouse Administrator (Full-Time)

Company: Cerritos/ Santa Fe Springs

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: 8-hour shift (start time between 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM ) will discuss upon reviewing resume.

Overtime: Saturday & Sunday as needed (overtime pay)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a warehouse or beverage distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scan and organize documents accurately

Assist with truck scheduling and coordination

Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Support warehouse and logistics teams with daily operations

Maintain accurate records using computer systems

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Beverage distribution or logistics experience a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
