Responsibilities Duties Include but are not limited to: Completes/Prepares timecards, 2237's, work order, equipment inventory listing. Provides clerical support and assists with the project completion for the QPS staff, Types and prepares correspondence including summaries, written documents memorandums, messages, letters, statistical reports, tables, graphs, charts, illustrative materials, personnel and administrative forms, ect. Reviews documents for QPS Service ensures appropriate formatting, inclusiveness of required reporting procedures and distributions. Provides general clerical skills as needed and schedules meeting rooms for QPS staff and facility visitors. Prepare packages for various courses offered by the section. Assists the Administrative Officer with meeting survey requests including retrieving information, setting up interviews, conference calls, VTEL and other important requests. Ensures the achievement of purchasing goals for small purchases. Ensures the utilization of Veteran-Owned small businesses (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) and small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) when items or services are available from these @types of vendors. Greets customers (including over the telephone) based on customer service standards established by VANTHCS. Maintains confidentiality regarding all sensitive information addressed in QPS. Performs duties as the (PIV) sponsor and pin re-setter. Other Duties as assigned.
