REQUIREMENTS

RN with current license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required. BSN preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience including 1+ years in behavioral health, residential, or personal care settings.

Supervisory leadership is preferred.

Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Position requires excellent written/verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of behavioral health and medical care needs in residential populations.

Valid Drivers' License

Pre-Employment Drug Screen, physical, TB and Hep B screenings

Act 33/34/73 Clearances

Work Schedule This is an Exempt (salary) position.

Mostly daylight Monday - Friday; with some non-traditional business hours to meet programming needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The RN Supervisor provides on-site clinical leadership and coordination for nursing services within Pittsburgh Mercy's Residential and Personal Care Programs. These programs serve adults with serious mental illness; substance use disorders and co-occurring medical conditions. The RN Supervisor supports the Senior Manager of Nursing in ensuring that safe, person-centered, and trauma-informed care is consistently delivered in accordance with Pittsburgh Mercy policies, applicable state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. This is a working leadership role combining clinical expertise, staff development, and operational oversight across multiple residential sites.
