Location: Waterford, MI

Salary Range : $75,000- $90,000+ Position Type: Full-Time

Bonuses : Sign-on bonus and Monthly Incentives

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapis t to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results

Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines

Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers

Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians

Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals

Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments

Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

Graduate or upcoming degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we'd love for you to start your career with us!

Current or upcoming state of MI Physical Therapy license and CPR certification

Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn

Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus.
