Summary The Administrative Officer is an advanced position within the Environmental Management Service (EMS) intended to provide extensive support and experience regarding the large scale of operations. Then incumbent will have a foundation of technical skills in Environmental Sanitation, Textile management, Integrated Pest management, Waste Management, and Interior Design. General management skills in the areas of resource and work force management are required.
