Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department)

Function: Assumes the responsibility of all aspects of Accounts Payable including updating signing authority, processing prepaid expenses, and various administrative duties to support the Accounting Department.

Duties and Responsibilities: *Assumes daily processing of all duties associated with Accounts Payable including daily scanning of the Accounts Payable Run.

Assists in the design, development and implementation of new systems, procedures, or policies.

*Adjust and coordinate day-to-day work assignments between team members to ensure all required responsibilities are completed timely and accurately.

*Responsible for updating the non-compensation director's report on a quarterly basis.

*Files Use/Sales Tax on a monthly basis.

*Processes 1099's for both state and federal on an annual basis.

*Enters Accounting online dollar and general ledger adjusting entries to the core general ledger system as needed.

*Prepares entries and payment for employee reimbursements and company credit card payments.

*Responsible for maintaining and updating current policies and procedures related to all duties listed above.

*Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.

*Additional duties as required.

Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree preferred. Major: Accounting or Business.

Experience: One to two years general experience required with specialized accounting or banking experience preferred.

Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 100% of the day, electronic equipment: 10% of the day and office equipment: 10% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows. Sitting is required 99% of the day. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry for a period of up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Salary Range:

$15.00 - $30.53
