Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

Process order entries and ensure all details are correctly documented in the system.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Communicate with customers via multiple channels, including phone and email.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer needs.

Manage outbound calls when required, providing follow-up information or assistance.

Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Adhere to service protocols and meet performance metrics consistently.

Update customer records regularly to reflect accurate and current information.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and share feedback with the team.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Strong skills in order entry and data management.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with customer service tools and systems.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions.
