Role Overview:

At McAfee, we are looking for the next members of our AI teams. As our AI Training Data Acquisition Analyst, you'll help us collect, process, and analyze data from various sources and work with a team of experienced Data Scientists and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making and product development. You'd be supporting the development of AI systems; specifically those designed to detect scams and deepfakes by preparing high-quality data for training. In practical terms, you would review and label raw data so the AI can learn what to look for.

Join our team and help us accelerate the bridging of advanced AI technologies and customer expectations.

This position is located in the US preferably either San Jose, CA or Frisco, TX. You may be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

You will apply labels to collected data to help train AI models for real-world scam and deepfake detection.

You will perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation using analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, Node).

You will extract and integrate data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, and web-scraping pipelines.

You will communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear language and visualizations.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to support data modeling, machine learning, and experimentation.

You will stay current on trends and developments in data science, AI, and related fields.

About You:

You have a strong interest in data science and are eager to learn and adopt new tools and skills.

You have strong data-organization habits and excellent attention to detail.

You can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You have experience with Python or a similar programming language and are comfortable with data manipulation tasks.

You are fluent in multiple languages, ideally English and Spanish.
