The Administrative Support Planning Specialist is responsible for issuing and releasing production work orders to the manufacturing floor, processing inventory transfers between warehouses, generating customer invoices, processing purchase orders, completing data entry, and generating reports, charts, and graphs.
The anticipated starting wage for this position is $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. The exact salary will be determined by a combination of factors which may include the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Essential Functions
Issue and release production work orders based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and established scheduling guidelines.
Process inventory transfers between distribution warehouses.
Invoice weekly consignment sales, reconcile inventory and perform inventory corrections.
Complete data entry into ERP system and generate weekly management reports, charts, and graphs as directed.
Complete data entry of purchase orders, process receipt of purchase items, and route invoices for payment.
Enter customer orders into ERP/database and compile records and reports related to customer orders.
May be information resource for the customers and/or employees.
Performs general administrative tasks including opening and sorting mail, preparing correspondence, ordering office supplies, etc.

Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of related experience
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Data entry experience
Demonstrated mathematical abilities
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with inventory or bookkeeping software
