Vaco is seeking an Accountant for a growing organization located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Oversees and reviews financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper reporting.
Manages month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
~2+ years of experience as a senior accountant.
~ Strong analytical skills and someone who can help with process improvement.
~ Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn software quickly.
~ This role is 5 days a week in the office.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
