AdventHealth Medical Group is seekingto employ Family Medicine Physiciansto join our Family Medicine Residency Program inSebring, Florida. The program opened in 2021, with 8 residents per year. Obstetrics is not required but available. With a new program, there is availability to develop areas that are passionate to you.

Our 15,000+ square foot facility has so much to offer, from Prompt Care, to OB, to Family Medicine. We have a wide range of patients in our growing community and avariety of cases & procedures for the residents to have a great experience in learning and practicing.

Up to 24 students (8 each year up to PGY 3)
25 exam rooms/2 procedure rooms
EPIC EMR

Requirements for the position :Board Certification in Family Medicine.Some academia experience preferred but not required.

AdventHealth Sebring serves more than 100,000 permanent residents in Highlands and Hardee counties. In winter, the population increases by 40 percent. With a total of229 beds, more than 1,200 employees and a medical staff of over 150, AdventHealth Sebring serves 87,000 inpatient, outpatient and emergency visits per year. More than 1,000 babies were born at AdventHealth Sebring last year. AdventHealth Wauchula became part of Adventist Health System in 1993, providing inpatient, transitional care, outpatient and emergency services in Hardee County.
