*Position Overview -* *$15,000 Sign-On Bonus *
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients by developing personalized care plans, administering medications and supporting recovery and independence. * Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Active RN license in the State of Michigan
* Minimum of one (1) year of professional nursing experience in home care, ER, Critical Care or Urgent Care
