Position Description and Purpose:

Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness.

Key Essential Functions/Duties: Create and process purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, MRO supplies, and services. Maintain accurate vendor and item records in the ERP system. Assist with invoice matching and reconciliation in coordination with Accounts Payable. Track and follow up on open orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays. File and organize procurement documents and records for audit and compliance purposes. Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team. Assist with reporting and data entry related to procurement activities.

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, administrative support, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Associate degree or coursework in business or supply chain. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards). Experience with food manufacturing. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
