As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, with working environments and conditions varying by client site.

Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.

Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed.

Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required, following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
