Property Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee daily operations and tenant relations at a residential property in Hayward, California. This is a Contract position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in property management. The role requires fluency in Spanish and the ability to ensure smooth property operations while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant communications and lease agreements.

Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and other applicable standards.

Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate timely repairs with service providers.

Monitor financial performance by preparing budgets and tracking expenses.

Handle rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency management.

Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and upkeep of the premises.

Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.

Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and fill vacancies.

Maintain accurate records of property activities and generate reports as needed.

Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality services. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, including residential or commercial properties.

Proficiency in Spanish to communicate effectively with tenants and staff.

Knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance standards.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage property operations.

Experience in financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.

Ability to handle tenant relations professionally and resolve conflicts effectively.

Familiarity with property management software and tools.
