Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and attentive welcome.

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department.

Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and file organization.

Handle email correspondence promptly and with attention to detail.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to support administrative tasks and communications.

Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times.

Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and special projects. Requirements - Proven experience with answering and managing multi-line phone systems.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent organizational abilities for maintaining files and scheduling appointments.

Effective email correspondence skills with attention to detail and clarity.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
