Contracts Administrator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Diego, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and organizing contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and excels at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations with accuracy and efficiency.

Monitor and track contract milestones, deadlines, and expirations to ensure timely actions.

Maintain well-organized digital and physical contract files while updating databases regularly.

Coordinate the approval and signature process using tools such as DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.

Verify that contract terms comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Support audits by retrieving and validating required contract documentation.

Assist in vendor onboarding and monitor contract compliance to address discrepancies.

Generate and update logs, reports, and dashboards to provide leadership with necessary insights.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any issues or inconsistencies within contracts. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or administrative support.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.

Experience working with contract management systems and e-signature tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
