Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $50000 - $80000

Shift: 2nd shift - 2PM-10:30PM

What's the Job?

Lead operational activities for production personnel and processes, including product assembly, welding, testing, and packaging.

Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements within manufacturing operations.

Investigate and resolve manufacturing process issues utilizing problem-solving methodologies such as 8Ds.

Plan, acquire, and train new associates to support production needs.

Implement Lean Principles and Value Stream Management to optimize workflow and efficiency.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in shop floor leadership with direct reports.

Extensive experience in manufacturing environments.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Proficiency with Six Sigma, Lean, and Quality tools.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
