Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program or project management.

5 years of experience in strategy and business operations management.

5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience with talent management, and learning and development.

Preferred qualifications:

Certification in Six Sigma.

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience with process mapping/engineering in a tech organization.

Experience with change management.

Responsibilities

Establish strategic plans and objectives with executive team and functional leaders.

Reach across partner organizations to establish effective cross-organization planning, partnerships and cadence.

Evaluate and improve on business processes and quality across Google Global Infrastructure (GGI) and partner organizations.

Propose and develop forward-looking innovative business operations solutions and tools.

Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the business operation process.
