Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly and Test Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Assembly and Test Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the development and testing of high-quality instruments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly and Test Technician

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Day shift w/ OT available

What's the Job?

Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization of instruments.

Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues with test equipment.

Analyze test results and data to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failures.

Identify defects and recommend design or process improvements to enhance product quality.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED with 3.5 years of manufacturing experience or an AA technical degree with relevant skills.

Proficiency in reading drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards.

Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with mechanical tools such as torque drivers and gauges.

Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions effectively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
