Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing exceptional administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Utilizing fluency in Spanish language to communicate with clients

Handle incoming phone calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance to callers.

Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain organizational records.

Manage general office duties, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Serve as a receptionist, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Provide translation services and support in Spanish as needed.

Assist in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials.

Maintain office supplies and ensure all administrative needs are met.

Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Address inquiries and provide information to staff and external parties.

Requirements

Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English

Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls professionally.

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.

Knowledge of general office operations and administrative practices.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Fluency in Spanish, including translation capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
