Job Opportunity: Bilingual Administrative Assistant I

Location: , Angleton, TX 77515

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant I to join our team in Angleton. This role is essential for keeping our operations running smoothly by managing critical documentation, processing financial paperwork, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data for daily and weekly status reports.

Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing and processing Bills of Lading (BOL) .

Workflow Management: Create and organize new project folders immediately as new work orders arrive.

Clerical Support: Maintain organized filing systems and provide general office support as needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word .

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Adaptability: A quick learner who can grasp new software and internal processes rapidly.

Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule.
