Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Light Industrial / Warehouse Contractor opportunity in Northville, MI (Mile Rd).

This is a Temp assignment supporting warehouse and distribution operations through safe and efficient material handling and loading processes.

What's in this position for you?

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Assignment Type: Temporary

Work Location: Mile Rd, Northville, MI

Work Environment: Warehouse / Distribution

Position Overview

The contractor will provide light industrial services , primarily involving the movement of palletized materials and loading trucks using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Warehouse & Material Handling Operations

Move palletized materials using Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Load trucks safely and efficiently using MHE.

Operate equipment such as an electric pallet jack .

Assist with general warehouse and distribution tasks as needed.

Ensure materials are handled and transported according to safety guidelines.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures.

Use required personal protective equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Physical & Skill Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds .

Familiarity with warehouse or distribution environments.

Ability to safely operate a pallet jack .

Good reading, writing, and communication skills .

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
