Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a great opportunity to showcase your skills in customer service and administrative support. The role is fully in-person and requires a proactive individual who thrives in a small office environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely updates on customer orders and tracking details.

Process and manage sample requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Sales Orders using QuickBooks.

Obtain and provide freight quotes, coordinating pickups with carriers as needed.

Scan, organize, and file essential documentation.

Maintain and update customer records within company systems, including Voze.

Support accounts payable and receivable functions by generating invoices and following up on overdue accounts.

Enter and track vendor bills with accuracy.

Handle customer credit applications, including conducting credit checks and verifying references. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or order entry setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational abilities.

Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.

Comfortable working fully in-person within a small office environment.

Adaptable to new responsibilities and systems as needed.
